American students' life in Florence: for the late night partiers, two in the morning does not mean lights out like it does for many bars and clubs in Florence

This is instead the time when those still craving more decide to hit up the hottest late night spots Florence has to offer.
More likely than not, a good night out means consuming just the right amount of alcohol to fuel your energy level on the dance floor, or in social settings. However, when the clock strikes 2 a.m the late night munchies come on strong and that energy once used to dance the night away is redirected towards finding food. Well look no further than Aries Diner open until 3 a.m.

The large leather comfy booths and juke box take you back in time to a 50’s American styled menu and atmosphere. The menu has a large variety of everything from cheeseburgers and milkshakes to pancakes and omelets. If this is your meal of choice, make sure your wallet is full; on average, this meal will set you back 15 euro.
If a large American meal is not what you have in mind, perhaps a late night secret bakery will satisfy your craving. Conveniently located on Via San Gallo, there is a bakery that offers the freshest, most delicious pastries and pizzas right out of the oven on a first come first serve policy.

An eager line begins to form around 1:00 for the 1:30 opening. Be sure to be on time for a first pick selection of 80 cents to one euro late night snacks.
Once the craving has been executed and the enthusiasm to keep the night going is still alive, a crowd starts forming at the exotic and posh Monte Carlo. This bar offers a luxurious and exclusive, yet laid back atmosphere. One would be most likely to find an Italian between the ages of 22 to 35 listening to European jazz music while sipping on a Negroni cocktail, or a Mojito.

Monte Carla offers snacks and games for entertainment and after the 5 euro membership card, the night should only cost 7 euro a drink until 6 a.m.
The late night spots mentioned are not the only great places to include in your nightly plans.
